Order Confirmation
All online orders are subject to review and confirmation by Nova Home Haiti before processing.
After your order is placed, our team will contact you by email, phone, or text message to:
- Confirm product availability.
- Verify your delivery address.
- Coordinate your delivery.
Your order will be processed only after it has been confirmed by our team. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Scheduling Your Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to coordinate delivery to your verified address. Please make sure your contact information is correct so we can reach you.
Returns & Refunds
Furniture and mattresses purchased online may be returned under the following conditions:
- Within 48 hours (2 business days) of delivery: Customers may receive a 100% refund by contacting Nova Home Haiti within this period.
- From 48 hours up to 5 days after delivery: Unused items may be returned for store credit, less a 5% administrative fee.
- After 5 days from delivery: Returns and refunds will no longer be accepted.
